Privacy Framework

Architecting trust through absolute transparency and uncompromising data sovereignty. We treat privacy as an engineering fundamental.

Framework V2.4Effective: October 14, 2024

1. Commitment to Sovereignty

At AURXON, we treat data privacy as a fundamental engineering constraint. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard information across our platform and services. By engaging with our ecosystem, you entrust us with your data architecture; we honor that trust with zero-trust security protocols and sovereign integrity.

2. Information Acquisition

We acquire data through two primary vectors to facilitate high-performance orchestration:

Direct Engagement

Information provided during onboarding or collaboration inquiries, including Name, Enterprise Email, and Project Specifications.

Autonomous Telemetry

Non-identifiable technical data such as IP signatures and interaction clusters used to optimize our neural interfaces.

3. Processing Objectives

AURXON utilizes acquired data exclusively for the purpose of architectural optimization and service delivery:

  • I.Refinement of neural inference speeds and system response times.
  • II.Personalization of the service experience for deep-work focus.
  • III.Ensuring compliance with international and regional digital jurisdictions.

4. Regulatory Compliance

AURXON operates within the framework of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 of India. All data processing is executed with reasonable security practices as defined by statutory requirements to ensure the protection of personal and institutional intelligence.

5. Data Retention & Destruction

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the specific architectural objectives for which it was collected. Upon completion of service or withdrawal of consent, data is subjected to secure cryptographic erasure in accordance with Indian statutory obligations.

6. Governance & Redressal

For matters concerning data sovereignty or to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act, please contact our Chief Privacy Officer. We aim to respond to all architectural inquiries within 48 business hours.
